Here is the breakdown for how much money each party spent on the Euro Elections last June, as usual the BNP spent a lot less compared to the others and delivered the best money per vote ratio. The Labour party spending cost them almost £1 per vote.

Analysis of councillor attendance records for Full Council Meetings since May 2008, show that Heanor East Labour Councillor Glynne Cato tops the list for non-attendance. She has not bothered to turn up for OVER 50% of the meetings (9 absences out of 17 meetings)
